Do your Homework before you Home Watch!
Here are some questions you should ask every Home Watch Company
1) Are they Bonded and Insured?
Our Employees are bonded and covered under our liability insurance
2) Are their employees qualified to perform a Home Watch Inspection?
Our employees go through a rigorous training program and receive ongoing training to keep their skills sharp
Our Employees are all background checked before being hired
All of our team members are W2 employees, not 1099 contractors
1099 Contractors are not covered by a companies insurance and bonding - Ask this Question!
3) How will I know they actually checked my home?
Our software tracks our employees location to confirm when and how long they were at your home!
They must fill out a 75 point inspection report for each visit
They take pictures each visit
All of this is emailed to you after each visit and is also available on our web portal so you can see it any time!
4) What tools do they use?
Every Inspector uses a Temperature and Humidity gauge to check your home
We have binoculars to get close up to your roof
We have drones to check areas we can't see as needed
5) What company do they keep?
We support multiple Marco Charities and are on the Board of two of them!
We are members of the National and Florida Home Watch Associations
